In the GLD, we have pastors and church leaders meeting monthly based on geography with mutually agreed upon biblical themes, prayer and encouragement. Our superintendents trust God for transformational pastors who shepherd other pastors in their region. While mentoring groups often last a few years, our ministerial groups led by strong shepherds can last for decades.
