The cost is FREE for the event itself, though you will need to pay travel and lodging costs. Some of you may be able to commute each day but it is encouraged to remain with the group and be encouraged through the fellowship. Wawasee Bible and the GLD will provide the noon lunches, snacks, and drinks throughout, and the Monday evening meal. You will be on your own for the Tuesday evening meal to enjoy with the other pastors.

This GLD Impact networking event is open to senior/lead pastors in GLD churches with a regular weekend attendance of 200-450+ (including children). This event is not open to any additional staff from your church or another representative if are not able to attend. 

The location of the March gathering will be Wawasee Community Bible  Church, 2035 E 1300 N, Milford, IN 46542. (Wawasee Bible is in north-central IN)

Accommodations, if needed, will be at The Oakwood Resort on Lake Wawasee, 702 East Lake View Road, Syracuse, IN 46567 (About 2-3 miles east of the church.) 

The discounted rate per night is $69 for a standard room. You need to book your room by February 8, 2023 to secure it under the Great Lakes District block. After that date, you are still welcome to book a room but, it will be at the current going rate (currently $110+ per night and likely to increase).

The block of rooms is under the name of: Great Lakes District. 

There are also numerous chain hotels available in nearby Goshen or Warsaw, Indiana (each about a 10-15 mile drive from the church). 

Breakfast is not provided with your room but, there are plenty of options close to the Resort and to Wawasee Bible.
